Creating Your Lloyd Account for Online Bill Pay:
Step 1) On the Menu Bar at the Top, Click 'Current Customers', then 'Pay My Bill'.
Step 2) Click on "Register as a new customer"
(Note: Even though you are not a ‘New Customer’, this is the correct place to register your new online account.)
Step 3) Enter Your Customer Number.
This can be found on your invoice or email communications.
If you don’t know your Customer Number, click ‘Email my customer number’.
(Note: You must use the email and phone number we have on file or the system will not recognize your information and will not provide you with the account number.)
Step 4) Generate a Registration Code
Simply click "Email authentication code", then enter their account number and email.
A Registration Code will be emailed to you.
Step 5) Complete the Sign-up and follow the instructions above.

Switching to ACH is easy and secure:
Step 1) On the Menu Bar at the Top, Click on ‘Current Customers’ then ‘Pay My Bill’
Step 2) Enter your Username & Password
(See Notes Below on Creating an Account if Needed)
Step 3) Click ‘Payments’ then ‘Payment Methods’
Step 4) Under Bank Accounts, click “+ New Bank Account”
Step 5) After entering your details, be sure to check the box labeled “Use this for Auto Bill Payment” and select your payment date.
Step 6) Click ‘Submit’
Step 7) Give yourself a pat on the back and remember to 'Live More, Worry Less'!
